The Aparthotel guest is obliged to show a document with a photo confirming the identity of the Guest to the reception staff before the check in. In case of refusal to show the document in a way that enables check in, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to give a key / card to the room to the Guest.
If the Guest did not specify the length of their stay, it is assumed that the room was booked for one day.
The Aparthotel day starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 am on the next day.
Payment or payment guarantee for the stay is collected from the Guest on the day of arrival at the Aparthotel.
In the Aparthotel smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is forbidden, apart from designated places.
Penalty in the amount of PLN 500 will be charged for breaking the smoking ban.
§2
If the Guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should notify a member of Personnel at the reception not later than by 10.00 am on the day when their booking finishes.
The extension will be dependent on room availability.
If the Guest stays in a room or leaves their things in a room beyond 11.00 am, the Aparthotel will consider it as an extension of the stay. In the event of a Guest leaving the room after 11.00 am, the reception computer programme will charge full priced fee.
§3
Guest of the Aparthotel cannot rent their room to other people, even if the period for which they paid the booking fee has not finished.
Persons that are not checked-in to Aparthotel can stay in the Aparthotel room from 7.00 am till 10.00 pm. After 10.00 pm there is an obligation to check in additional people staying with Guests in the room.
Aparthotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during their previous stay flagrantly violated the Regulations of Aparthotel, causing damage to the property of the Aparthotel or other Guests, Aparthotel employees or other people staying in the Aparthotel or otherwise disturbed the stay of Guests or functioning of the Aparthotel.
§4
The Aparthotel provides services in accordance with its standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of service, the Guest is asked to report them as soon as possible at the Reception, which will allow the Aparthotel to react immediately.
The Aparthotel is obliged to provide: conditions of full and unrestricted stay of a Guest, security, including security of keeping information regarding a Guest, professional and courteous service in all areas of service provided by the Aparthotel, room cleaning and performing necessary equipment repair during the Guest’s absence, and in their presence only when they wish so, a technically efficient room; in the event of defects that cannot be removed, the Aparthotel will endeavour to change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience as far as possible.
§5
Upon request, the Aparthotel provides the following free of charge services:
a / providing information related to the booking, wake-up call at a particular time, luggage storage (Aparthotel may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the dates of the guest’s stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage), unless the mandatory provisions of law state otherwise.
b / possibility to store items in a safe in a room, with a closing / opening function according to an individually set code.
§6
The responsibility of the Aparthotel for the loss or damage of the property brought to the Aparthotel by the Guest is regulated by the provisions of article 846-852 of the Civil Code. The responsibility of the Aparthotel is subject to limitation if these things are not deposited at the Reception. Aparthotel has the right to refuse to store money, bonds and valuable items, valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or are of too high value in relation to the size or standard of the Aparthotel or take up too much space.
The victim should notify the Aparthotels reception of the damage immediately after it occurred.
§7
Silence is obligatory at the Aparthotel between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.
The behaviour of Guests and persons using the services of the Aparthotel should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Aparthotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
§8
Each time when leaving a room, the Guest should make sure that the door is shut. closed.
§9
Personal belongings left by a Guest after the stay in the Aparthotel will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by the Guest.
If the Aparthotel does not such an instruction, the Guest’s items will be stored for 3 months and then transferred to charity or for public use.
§10
In the event of a violation of the provisions of these regulations, the Aparthotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Aparthotel demands, settle the payment for the services and any damage and destruction and leave the Aparthotel area.
